Thank you for your question! The bikes does not come assembled with purchase. Please check with your local Best Buy to see if the offer assembly on ebikes and the cost if they do. If they do not offer this service yet, customers can assemble Aventon ebikes themselves as most of our bikes do come partially installed out of the box and assembly videos are available to help if needed.
