• Yes, it will because it works digitally with the tv. As it moves from station to station a sync shows up for that station.

• No. I would say Rabbit Antennas are better, and if you plan to get those amplified antenna, it would also depends on your location, I tried amplified antenna but the results were the same with my location. Reason for keeping this antenna because of the looks.
