Does this fit 2019 Volkswagen Beetle? null

Yes this should fit. If I could make a recommendation though. I have used the PAC PRO4 harness multiple times. Easier to use and it has a dial to select your brand of head unit, therefore you do not have to program it. Set the dial to the number that corresponds to your head unit and it works from the start. It's my first choice in wiring harnesses for SWC.
