QuestionI am installing a Kenwood radio in my 2006 Toyota Camry JBL system . I understand the ASWC-1 will work to retain the steering controls on the left side (volume, etc.). My question is will I be able to use the controls on right side (range, MPG, etc.)?

- Answer If your OEM radio was the one that displayed that information then no it will not show on your kenwood unless you get the Maestro kit to be able to display it on the Kenwood that is if that model has the option on it like the pioneer has.

- Answer It will work to retain your steering wheel controls but you will loose your onstar and any chimes the car has.

- Answer They are very universal, it will work with that car and will work with that radio. However, you will need access to the mfg website and the part will need to be wired into the vehicle and programmed. Its best to let a professional installer do it. I am an installer myself, cant tell you how many of these get returned because people dont understand what to do with it.
