QuestionDoes the machine beep? We returned the Brezza bottle warmer because of the noise when it was complete. Wondering if this beeps too. TIA!

- Answer Hi RHP, Thank you for your inquiry. Our formula pro advanced machine will beep once the water has reached the desired temperature. If you are using the room temperature setting, the machine will not beep. If you are concerned about noise, we recommend watching our formula pro info center videos on the help section of our website, as our machine does make noise when dispensing a bottle. Questioni am having baby brezza pro advanced . It was gifted to me but the same is showing an open lid error . i tried everything possible . i washed and cleaned the container but it is still showing that error. powder was not poured, thought of checking it 1st

- Answer We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an open lid error. We recommend ensuring that the powder container is set up properly on the machine as the sensor will detect improper set up. We recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can review how you have the powder container and lid set up on your machine and may guide you in the installation.

QuestionWe are unable to make formula. All pieces are cleaned and the powder formula and water containers are full. The lower half of a bottle symbol appears in the low, right corner while the machine beeps. Please provide guidance for a solution? Thank you.
