“Can I use this 3D printer if I load the AP to my Android note pad? Can I get software to scan 3D and or design things on my own using my Windows PC, create a design file then print it ? I'm new to 3D printing and have been looking around at printers.”

I can only answer part of this, yes you can use a scanner and from there turn the scans into .stl or step files to import into the Bambu slicing software. And you can also use many different cad programs to generate files to print. I do this and export them as a step file. This machine is super user friendly.
