Q: QuestionCan this printer or any printer sit not being used for long periods of time? What precautions should be taken? Should I look for a printer that can handle that? Thank you.
Asked by Lo52.
- A:Answer Hi! I don't know how long you plan to let this sit unused, but this can certainly sit without use for several months. However, you'll want to make sure that you don't leave it someplace that feels extremes of temperature---that can affect the printer for sure. Leave it in a well-ventilated room that has a relatively constant temperature. Hope this helps!

Q: QuestionDoes this come with a stainless steel nozzle?
Asked by Useless.
- A:Answer Yes comes with regular non high flow stainless nozzle 0.4 with another same one included as extra replacement in box. For glow in dark/ abbraisive materials, wood/ marbles its best to upgrade to a hardened nozzle kit. Remember nozzle is only 1/2 the issue your extruder hears also need a metal upgrade so abraisive filaments dont grind it down

Q: QuestionWhat type of scanner would I need to purchase?
Asked by Draper.
- A:Answer You dont need a scanner to use this, you can use a scanner where you want to scan real world objects or parts into the slicer. iPhones have a small Lidar censor that with apps will help you get acceptable resolution scans for everyday use. For professional scans there is many 3D handheld scanners on the market most pretty expensive compared to this P1s itself.
