“My husband is hard of hearing, hearing loss &Tinnitus. His major problem is when music is playing while the actors are speaking. Would this bar prove better than the built in speakers? Are there settings to lower the music while boosting the speaking?”

These speakers are a better quality than the built in speakers you find in TV's. You cannot lower music while boosting the dialogue. All audio would be enhanced.
