QuestionI recently got an LG TV which I'm very happy with. I have a Pioneer receiver with a 7.1 surround set up. I connected it the exact same way I had it on the old TV but there is a sound delay. Can you help me?

QuestionI have an Onkyo TX-RZ820 hooked in to a Bose 5.1 system with an additional 2 side channels to make a 7.1 system. I recently heard that one of my rear channels is not emitting sound and the amp doesn't recognize the subwoofer. Can you help with that?

QuestionI bought an AMPLIFI router system to help me receive Netflix on new smart TV. I was hoping it would also work and supply signal to operate my main TV in my livingroom. I could not set up the Meshpoint unit. Advise if I can get in home setup support

QuestionI bought a JBL sound bar with woofer a couple of years ago and now the woofer doesn't work. I can't get the woofer to sync. I've tried reset about a dozen times. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or maybe the sound bar is no good. Help

QuestionI called the 800 number to request service for Basic Audio set-up for my new 55" TV. The automated system offered me the option of getting a call back within 18 minutes. I opted for that. I'm still waiting and that was nearly 2 hours ago.

QuestionI would like my Roku sound to come through my stereo receiver rather than my tv speakers only. My tv does not have an arc port. The Roku currently is pluged into my tv's HDMI 1 port. The receiver does not have an HDMI port.
