Q: QuestionMy Beats cut off after about 45 minutes of use with the 0% battery message. I put in the charging case and it reads 57%. There is some type of a bug in the software. Any suggestions? I can’t use them, too frustrating!

• A:Answer I had to send mine back to Apple for this issue. Apple returned them telling me that they cold not reproduce the issue. I make sure they are on the charging contact and still have issues with them charging. Do a search on charging issues with these earbuds and you will find out a lot of people have the same issue.

• A:Answer Are you recharging the charging case fairly regularly? If so, track how quickly it drains. Apple has had battery issues with their products - as have other manufacturers. It happens… If the charging case loses its charge to quickly, call Apple Support. If the set is still under warranty or you have AppleCare, Apple will honor it and exchange the case.
