QuestionIs Apple/Beats doing anything to correct the firmware issue that causes one headphone to turn off after one hour due to 0% battery, when the battery charge is actually at 55%? Unless you are able to continually charge, the headphones are unusable.

- Answer I highly recommend getting insurance but I believe if you take it back and just ask for an exchange that would help out your charging problem
