- Answer They are not the best for phone calls. I found if you put the mic in the front of you instead of letting it hang to the side it gets a little better.

- Answer I think your Powerbeats3’s power switch is not working properly so I suggest you to hold a power switch 30 second twice times and then turn on every times when you connect to you device.

- Answer There is a one year warranty on them. You can have them repaired by Apple for $100, or $80 to replace battery outside of warranty.

- Answer I bought these beats at a Best Buy near Chicago. I asked for a warranty and they said there wasn’t any. My daughter called Best Buy and they said Apple bought out Beats. I ended up buying a Square Trade Warranty. Go to Square Trade.com and try to reach them by chat or call them.

- Answer I would go with Bose, my Powerbeats have broke and needed to be returned 3 times. All after warranty expired. I have Jabra elite now..so far so good, and no wires!
