- Answer No You can't. If there is any defect. Apple will take care of it. They came with 1 year limited warranty.

QuestionI just ordered some beats 3 solos and i was told it would send a email and text for my order but it never did. I then went to my order summary and was told to put the order number , my last name and number , i then did it and it still didn’t work.

- Answer seems to me that your transaction did not go through due to security measures sometime your bank account will not let the transaction trough because when you shop online it will show on your statement as an out of state transaction depending on where they process it and the amount of money being spent. same thing happen to me when i bought my surface pro.

- Answer Pretty loud, they have the noise cancellation so for the most part they are loud without any damage to your ears. Some times I wish they could be louder, but it’s actually a perfect pitch.

- Answer open box just means, purchased previously and returned. The box was opened. I have purchased open boxed items before and never had a problem. They are not damaged in any way.
