As long as you have blue tooth, pus it come with wire to talk that you can plug in

Yes. It’s a Bluetooth headphone so can work with pretty much any Bluetooth enabled phone. Unsure about the shipping question.. sorry!

Yes, they are fully compatible with Samsung smarthphones, I use them with my S8.....sorry, I have no idea about the shipping to Germany

They are compatible with Androids (Samsung device/s). Great headphones, battery last 40 hours! Before you checkout online it will give you an estimate on the delivery date.
