Q: QuestionThis is the 2nd pair of Beats headphones I've owned. My 1st pair were the Solo. I had them for years but didn't use them all the time. Towards the end, I thought they were just going bad because they cut in and out. These do it too. Anyone else?

• A:Answer The headphones support what’s called ANC (active noise cancellation) while they do noise cancel, they aim to cancel out active noise (people talking, the sounds of cars driving or ambient noise) they will dampen the sound of say power tools and gun fire but there will be some sound leakage due to those sounds not actively being played. It will take the microphone a few seconds to cancel it out.
