A:AnswerSame thing I thought when I first bought them they send you an email regarding the 3 months but after I read it and clicked on it if you’ve used the 3 month trial prior to buying the studios it won’t let you get another trial it’s technically for a person that hasn’t used Apple Music at all before and if you haven’t used it at all what the email basically tells you is to activate that free trial. Gives you the steps on how to activate it.
A:AnswerNot really. The three months of Apple Music is just for new subscribers only. There is no redemption code or card in the box and the email confirmation you get just says it’s for new subscribers.
It’s misleading because it’s treated as an additional item you get, when really it’s nothing.
Customer service (phone or in-store) as nice/helpful as they are can’t give you it either; tried.
A:AnswerYes both mic and speaker included along with call management in the wireless headset along with optional 3.5m audio cord has an additional microphone/speaker and call management
A:AnswerYou would use your device or the app to tune the audio settings. There are no onboard audio settings on these headphones. The only physical buttons are for volume up/down, power/pairing and activating Siri.
