A:AnswerThe block which comes with this Belkin charger is rated at 1.5A and has a standard USB port. If your Samsung charger is rated for 1.5 amps or higher and has a standard USB port, then it will work. (20 watts @ 5 volts is 4 amps so it should work.)

A:AnswerHi, Dianna. You can know once the phone when the LED indicator on the Wireless Charger is solid white. You can also visit this link for more info: (https://www.belkin.com/us/support-article?articleNum=317000).
A:AnswerAt first I had a similar problem. The charger would charge for a few seconds and then stop. At the time, it was plugged into a power strip. I found that moving it to the other end of the power strip solved the problem. You can tell it is charging by looking at the LED on top of the disk. When the LED is white, it is charging. When mine stopped charging after a few seconds, the LED turned orange.
A:AnswerWe cannot guarantee it to work, Gifty. The charger is only designed to work properly with lightweight plastic cases which are not more than 3mm thick.

A:AnswerHi, Chris. The Belkin WIB001 is designed to charge Qi-compatible devices. It should work fine as long as the AirPod case is aligned properly on the pad.
A:AnswerI don’t know. I have a 7plus which it says it works with but it doesn’t. My husband has a 10x and it works. When we first got it it didn’t work on either phone. Tech service suggested we turn our phones off then back on. It worked for the 10x but not the 7plus. I hope this helps
