“Does this have a AC power adapter with it? At the risk of asking a dumb question, does this unit come with an AC adapter? It says "powered" and it does not specify "bus powered" and it appears there is an input for AC. The reviews don't seem to complain about it not having one. However, it is also not shown in the picture or listed in the contents. And, other people are shown as buying an AC adapter as well. How is it a "powered" USB hub without the adapter?”

• It does NOT contain the AC adapter. You have to purchase that adapter separately (if you need it). So, its entirely bus-powered out of the box.

• Yes it comes with an AC adapter. In the event you need to plug something into the USB ports without the use of a computer. Otherwise you can plug it straight into the computer and it will work for the purpose of charging and having multiple slots as needed. Hope this helps!
