QuestionThe 'Powered' thing.I know this has been answered but i was wondering if this thing comes with an ac adapter. Like can i power it from a wall outlet and connect it to my computer so i have extra power? Like i dont want it to be supplied power from my usb. I want it to be powered from the wall mostly. Im having trouble with all my usb ports and i was wondering if it was a power problem so this thing being powered by a usb port wouldnt help. If this one cant do what i need it to do can anyone recommend a usb hub that can?

QuestionDoes this have a AC power adapter with it?At the risk of asking a dumb question, does this unit come with an AC adapter? It says "powered" and it does not specify "bus powered" and it appears there is an input for AC. The reviews don't seem to complain about it not having one. However, it is also not shown in the picture or listed in the contents. And, other people are shown as buying an AC adapter as well. How is it a "powered" USB hub without the adapter?

- Answer It does NOT contain the AC adapter. You have to purchase that adapter separately (if you need it). So, its entirely bus-powered out of the box.

- Answer Depends on your needs. Looking to charge the devices? Yes, you would be best to have a powered hub. Connecting to the desktop/laptop so that you can transfer data to and from them, absolutely it will work. With the iPhone 6 ensure that you are using an approved cable as many aftermarket cables will sometimes charge but often fail on data transfer.
