QuestionCable does not stay attached to phone when you pick it up when it's lying on it's back. It work straight up and down. Poor quality. Not worth the money period would not be plan on returning.

- Answer If the cord didn't stay in your phone, then it's your phone not the cord. I've dropped my phone several times and picked it up at least 3 ft it's never fell out, even when my phone gets stuck on stuff. My phone is at least 3 years old, so it's pretty worn out. This cord still does a great job.

- Answer You would need a cable with an HDMI connector on one end, so this particular cable does not have that.
