The Belkin N600 cannot be set up as a wireless repeater. It can however be set up as a wireless access point but will need a direct cabled connection to your main router. Regards, Belkin Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.TECHNICALLY yes it could be done with some routers. But to be honest, the chances of bricking the router or having constant connection issues is EXTREMELY high. You would have to flas the firmware of the router and install 3rd party software/firmware to allow this kind of setup. But MOST routers don't even have this kind of ability. Even though they look similar, repeaters or access points are very different in their manufacturing. These are the kinds of devices you would need to fix your connection issue. Try using a powerline ethernet kit to an access point on the other side of the house (the one with low signal). This should fix all of your issues. Good luck!
