• Not sure, but I can tell you it is much better than the Zagg glass.i don't see how it would damage your watch, you just might have to clean the watch face a little after you remove it if you choose to do so.

• I would think that it would be quite easily removed if you so desire. However it is practically invisible on the watch so I'm sure you'll be perfectly content to leave it.
