“I purchased the dock mini and 2 brand new monitors to use with an HP laptop. I cant get it to detect the monitors on either my HP work laptop or my HP personal laptop. I have unplugged, replugged, disconnected, rebooted and nothing is helping.”

Update - spoke with a Belkin rep, and it was determined that this is not compatible with an HP Probook or HP laptop, due to the usb-c not indicating a lightening bolt. Will be returning to best buy to purchase a compatible dock.
