My AppleWatch SE came with the Apple charger with USB-C Model A2515 which is the same charger you get with the AppleWatch 7. Remember, this Belkin product is just a 'frame' that you put your charger in, so as long as the dimensions of Apple's charger are unchanged then it should fit. According to Apple, fast charging is more a function of the AppleWatch than the charger.

This isn't really a charger but a very handy housing that you can insert your charger in and the cord wraps around the center circle for easy carry/travel. The pop up holds the charging end and folds back to make a very stowable unit with the cord out of sight.
