• Hi. The Belkin F1DN008U CAC Reader only supports standard smart cards with ISO 7816 Class A/B/C compliant.

• Hi, This is an ID card reader. CAC stands for common access card which is like an ID card with a credit card like chip in it. It will not read SD card or other memory cards.
