Can this lock be used with an electric scooter? null

if the scooter had an opening anywhere in it that you can use the steel cable it would be perfect

Yes, I put mine underneath the bar that goes above the front wheel

I mean it can be but it’s a bit heavy to carry on or attach it to the Scooter unless you having your backpack to keep it in. also it came with a heavy duty cable good enough to tighten the Scooter for theft safety
