• No there is not but if you cook the rice with a little bit more water it will give you the sticky consistency

• There is a cook setting for the rice that changes to the warm setting once the rice is done. The instruction manual does have a few recipes for rice dishes with meat, however the meat is pre-cooked or you cook it before adding to the rice cooker. Hope this helps!
