It is a PAIN to try to clean this ... Wipe it out and spray it down and keep wiping till it is fairly clean... BAD SET UP....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This item wipes clean. You can emty the drain tray after it cools down. Please do not use cooking spray. Brush on some butter or in my case I got a paper towel and wiped on some melted butter. Or cooking oil just dip paper towel and place some on the griddle. After you are finished it wipes clean with a paper towel.
