- Answer They need to be THIN.... IF they are thicker you have to mash them down or they will not cook evenly...

- Answer Nope - I had to use a microfiber cloth I wet down with soap and water Then wrung it out and did second pass with just water. Took me 5-8 minutes to do to get it spotless

- Answer For sure! You cook lay a nice long juicy ribeye or NY strip in there n it would sizzle up deliciously, I'm sure. I cook bacon in a waffle maker sometimes. :) yum!

QuestionAre the top and bottom grilling plates Removeable and therefore washable? Also, can I make panini in this?

- Answer No, they are not removable. It's really not necessary. Simply wipe the plates clean with paper towels after each use. Forms a perfect non-stick surface. No oil or grease needed. Healthy and good.
