A:Answer Hello. I have prepared a few thin pork chops (boneless) on this and it usually takes about 8 to 10 minutes total. Of course, each person will be different in terms of time but temperature-wise, it works great and much easier to clean than a skillet. Of course, the thicker the meat, the lid will not close all the way so be careful with the heat that emits from the edges while using it if preparing pork chops or steak!
