I wouldn't. Keep in mind this is an oven, much like a toaster oven. So, unless you have a coffee cup that can withstand a great deal of heat, I wouldn't use this for that purpose. You're better off heating the water in a microwave. While this oven cooks faster it is not microwave fast.
