- Answer I had the same problem. I didn't realize it had a vinyl display over the cooking controls. I finally realized that it needed to be removed. I immediately saw all of the preset choices, the timer and the power display.

QuestionCan you buy an air fryer basket since the included racks to not have sides? What are the dimensions of the racks?

- Answer The interior dimension of the oven is about 10.5 inches wide, 10 inches deep (including rear wall curve), 6.8 inches tall A basket could probably be placed inside but no such basket is included. Here are the trays provided: • Two 10.5 inch x 9.2 inch coated metal slotted cooking trays (8.3 inch x 7.3 inch flat surface) • 10 inch diameter coated metal pan (9.2 inch interior diameter) • 10.5 inch x 9.2 inch coated metal drip tray (8.3 inch x 7.3 inch flat surface)

QuestionWhat size pizza can it fit?

- Answer This is definitely not a pizza oven! Most frozen pizzas are 11 inches in diameter and "rising crust" pizzas are about 12 inches in diameter. The included "pizza pan" is only 9.2 inches interior diameter. You cannot use this air fryer to bake standard frozen pizzas.

QuestionHow does the dehydrator function work? Any one have experience with it? I have fruit trees and fruit to dehydrate from time to time.

- Answer all you need to dehydrate is a low heat source --- i am considering this for air fryer -- but i have a dehydrator and all it is is a low temp oven -- ussually says set at 140* --- so any heat source that has a low enough setting can be used as a dehydrator --- even your reg oven or an aluminum or steel bow setting in the sun --- there are videos on you tube explaining ways to dehydrate -- if interested -- be thee well

- Answer I've cooked pizza, pork chops, vegetables, biscuits, cookies, spring rolls, and some cinnamon buns on this Bella air fryer, and not once did I have a smoking issue. Might be a defective unit? If you have the regular warranty (the one that comes upon purchasing), you should be able to get a replacement. Hope that helps.

QuestionI saw the description included toaster oven and bought it because I needed to replace my toaster oven plus all the other functions are great, but now that I got it I don’t see a function to toast , why ? And what function can I use for toasting bread ?

QuestionAccording to instructions, to turn off my bella pri series you do a long press on power button. When i do it the red light continuously blinks and never goes off. Is this normal? I would think it should go solid red or completely gone

- Answer the red light will not disappear as long as the plug is plugged into the wall. right after you long press the power button, the word off will pop up and you can safely open the oven door. however, the red light will remain on or blinking since you did not unplug it from the wall.

- Answer I typically just wait for the oven to cool down and then wipe the inside with a wet paper towel. It seems to be stainless steel so stains usually just come off pretty easily. Hope this helps!
