QuestionAre the trays stainless steel as well? They appear to be nonstick with a coating. I cannot find what they are made of in the manual or online. We purchased this “stainless steel” air fryer expecting all pieces to be stainless steel.

QuestionCan you leave this unit plugged in all the time without a problem? Have noticed when the unit is off the power light blinks constantly and light not turning off.

- Answer Well to begin I never leave the unit plugged in, every time after I finish using it. I always pull the plug from the wall this way I conserve energy and save money on the electric bill and after the unit is unplugged nothing is running including the light. the only thing that will not show is the time when I plug it in, if you can live with that, I highly recommend it.

QuestionCan I purchase the rotisserie parts I have only the spiked ends that hold the chicken to the rod that holds the rotisserie turning?

- Answer Those are the only parts you need for the rotisserie. Your set should also include the little gadget to put in and take out the chicken. I use the 2 spiked pieces and the rod.

QuestionHow can the brightness be adjusted on the touchscreen? The time and temperature are illuminated well however we have to turn the lights off in the kitchen to read the options for cooking options.

- Answer I've only experienced one issue with a breaker. But that was with air fryer and microwave working at the same time in the same outlet. I just moved the air fryer to a diff outlet. No problems since. Hope that helps.

- Answer My Bella Pro Series air fryer with the pull-out basket lasted more than 4 years and still worked when I ended up throwing it out to replace with this unit. The fan on this unit ended up not working so I haven't been able to fully test it.
