Hello, it does not heat up the kitchen. The outside is not to hot the touch. The trays inside can be a little out when taken out. I use a cloth or napkins when doing so. Making beef jerky right now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. It doesn’t get to hit to touch at all. The handle never gets hot. Alease on mine it doesn’t. It also doesn’t give off any heat. It must be very insulated because no heat comes off of it at all. You will love it. This is one of the best purchases / investments that I have made in a while. You won’t be disappointed. And I got it when it was on sale at $76. It was definitely a steal. I recommend this product.
