I would check the cooking instructions on the package for anything frozen. Otherwise, defrost first, then cook as normal. That's what I do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It doesn't actually use oil. It's more of a small connection oven. Not sure the frozen vegetables would be good the outside might be finished cooking before the inside thaws.
