A:Answer The item lacks in depth instructions, but there are different settings like Roast, Bake, Rewarm, etc. Nothing that says convection, per se, but there is a separate button that controls the interior fan which you can turn off, low or high during cooking, so that would basically imitate a convection setting. I keep my fan on low, and my cook times have been cut to a little more than half than my 5 year old oven’s times.
