• Yes you can, I do it all the time. Remember to select first Dual Cook, then select the side you will be cooking in (Left or right) set up the side that will be cooking and ignore the other side. It will only turn on and cook on the side you program.

• Yes , just chose which side you want to cook on. It will display left or right and you click that button and that's the side that will cook.
