- Answer For the espresso side, even though there is no dedicated filter basket for ESE pods, you CAN use ESE pods in the single shot basket - they fit perfectly. An ESE basket would simply not have a pressure regulator built in because they expect the grind and puck to have been made perfectly.

- Answer According to the Description on the Bella web site: Item 90103 Pro Combo Espresso & 10 Cup Coffee 14.09" x 13.58" x 14.25" - but they don't say W, H, D I measured mine an it's about 14" W, 13.5 H, 12.5" D (not including the handles). Hope this helps.

- Answer Say, one question to you- do you own one of these? Well, two questions - if you do, have you read the manual? Page 9, No 11; to set auto-off time: You can adjust the keep warm time (0'00" ~ 4'00", 15 min increment). So, yes, it DOES have an automatic shut off, which you can control. Hope this helps.

- Answer remove the water tank. when the display shows 04 (it would take a minute) press the clean button again. after few seconds the unit will emit a beep and the clean light will turn off.

QuestionSometimes when making coffee (not espresso) all the lights start flashing and coffee maker stops brewing. No combination of button pushing restarts it. I have to unplug itand then re-plug back in. It then starts working. Very annoying.

- Answer I get what you mean.Just be patient. I just turn it on. Wait a few seconds then proceed with pushing desired cups. The noise is annoying, though.
