You can only put an Cornish hen 1 - 2 pounds is about all it fold!

I tried a 4.5 lb chicken trussed and had to take it out after a few rotations because the wing and breast kept touching. I did a little over 3 lb chicken trussed and it worked perfectly. The chicken was amazingly tender and juicy.

It never made it to the serving plate. 1 taste and I just couldn't stop haha. I'm gonna try a pork loin next.
