“How do you use the broil function? I just phurchased this product and only the bottom gets red and the top doesnt get red. I don't understand why. Does it only heat the top on certain presets? If so, which presets? Thanks. Or is it busted?”

Hello, thanks for reaching out. On this oven, there is rod heating elements on the bottom. And a circular heating element on top with the fan pushing down. Most air fryer heating elements you wouldn’t see turn red. The bottom on this one does cause it’s a similar one to a toaster oven only on bottom to ensure even cooking. Have a nice day. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Although the top doesn't turn red I have found that it is the hottest element. If you use the 2 trays at the same time then it's a good idea to swap the over half way through cooking time. I have had no problems with cooking things.
