QuestionHow can I purchase a grill basket that is not included with the 10qt Bella? Other brands have the basket that I would also like to have in addition to the trays included in the Bella.

- Answer I just purchased this yesterday and it doesn't have a basket with it. Yet, I'm sure the overview mentions a mesh basket. Bella, please be more specific with your reply...is it supposed to come with a mesh basket?

QuestionI used the 10.5 to make french fries last night, super awesome. Opened the door with 2 minutes left because they were getting overdone. Took them out, unplugged air fryer. This morning the door will not open. No matter if it is plugged in or not. How?

- Answer Try turning it on for a min. that should release any suction that built up. Than turn it off and try opening the door. Wipe off any moisture around door before closing again.

- Answer If you truss the bird tight I think you could do a bigger bird on the bottom shelf. I don't know how big but if it's just sitting there you should be fine.
