• You can increase it by holding the power button when the unit is off. And then you can push the hour button to increase it. I have mine at 4 hours and that is the max.

• What you CAN do is increase the warm time once brewing has completed. I messed around with it and found I could increase the 2 hours and I bumped it up to 4. Sorry but I don't recall exactly how I did it but it's a lot like programing an alarm clock :) Good Luck
