A:Answer While the unit is a little over a foot tall, please note that directions suggest it be 4 inches away from walls, cabinets, etc., when in use, which means I can't use it below my cabinets and have to move it out on the counter. It also has a short cord, so actual location in my kitchen is limited in relation to outlets and clear spaces.
