I have it ready, but the screen is not on , what do I do? null

Return it. It is not a good touch screen and very frustrating to use. I really do not like this coffee maker. I requested the simple Mr. Coffee and my friend brought this home. I am ready to get the $40 Mr. Coffee. Reliable and easy to use.
