If I don’t have my coffee in the morning I’m no fun to be around. Thankfully this coffee maker work amazing and I’m never without coffee. It brews fast and consistent. It is very easy to use. I love all the features it has. No more coffee filters! This aching brews 14 cups. I like to have iced coffee so I make the coffee and store it in the fridge. Bella makes great products. I have a lot of the pro series appliances. This coffee maker is so great I’m going to buy another one for my family. I highly recommend it.

This is a great Coffee maker and I got it for and excellent price I Love the ease of using it it makes an excellent pot of coffee and it's hot and when you pour your first cup and stays hot no need to warm up. I was so happy that I checked the deal of the day and saw this I was in need of a New one.

This truly does make a 14 cup coffee carafe. Don't buy to cuisinart DCC 3200 if you're used to a 14-cupper it will overflow because they put a smaller cone filter in it. My prior one was a bella and lasted for 3 years and bruised coffee at about 210° which is perfect this is the same one in all black except for there are no buttons when you plug it in I just hit the top left for medium brew and hit power and you're good to go why people complain about that they can't leave their reheat on all day well it's not a microwave. If there are any improvements that I could make it would be that the top water shower would be a little higher so my grinds do not get on it every time but I am making not a strong coffee but the way I like it. One thing I wanted to mention is the power cord is great with three prong and thick wire. I put my cuisinart as a backup cuz it was irritating it would drip out the back when you lifted the lid this does not it would drip on the burner this does not. The button is kind of like your phone with a sensor to pick up your finger pressing which is just like my Bella 6.2 quart air fryer Bella has great products got it on a deal of the day would purchase again.

This is by far my favorite coffee maker. It is so easy to program. I live the fact that I do not have to by filters. I also love that you can change the strength of your coffee. This coffee maker is absolutely amazing!

This coffee maker is fast and works well in all regards except the front keypad. Half the time the keys don’t respond to my touch and half the time they do whatever they’re using there’s a keypad on this coffee pot is garbage. I’m sure there are other coffee pots out there that will work as well as this but have a functional keypad on them. If I could do it again I wouldn’t buy this product.

The Bella Pro Series 14 cup touchscreen coffee maker is nice to look at and makes good coffee. In the box you get the coffee maker, 14 cup glass carafe, permanent coffee filter, coffee measuring spoon and the instruction manual. Following the instructions, there are two things to do before you brew your first cup of coffee. I washed the permanent coffee filter, filter basket and carafe in warm soapy water. The second step is to run at least two 14 cups (full carafe) of water in through the coffee maker to remove any residue from manufacturing. Setting up the time and program brew was pretty straight forward. I did find the touchscreen a little nonresponsive and needed to press some buttons more than needed. I was now ready to make some coffee! The 14 cups are 5 ounce cups. So if you are making coffee for your 16 ounce travel mug, you would be making about 3 cups of coffee. I tried various settings. There is four strength settings: 1) regular; 2) gourmet (extracts more solubles for a flavorful pot of coffee), bold (allows more time for the water to steep) and 4) 1-4 cup setting. I mostly use the 1-4 cup or bold setting. I prefer my coffee strong. I especially like the markings on the carafe. The marking on the left is the water level and the right is how much coffee will be brewed. So to make 10 cups of coffee, you fill the water to the 10 mark on the left. I found this to be accurate and is a welcome feature. The coffee tasted very good. Please be aware that how finely ground your coffee is will determine if you have any sediment in your carafe after a brew. I had some finely ground coffee and there was a fair amount of sediment left in the carafe. Using a drip type grind is larger and this had no sediment left in the carafe at all. . This is pretty common when using a permanent filter. I personally love these permanent filters and do not use the paper ones. I measured the temperature after a brew and it was 164 degrees F. Here are some other features for the Bello Pro Series coffee maker: - Set your program auto start by holding the program button for 3 seconds. Set the hour and minute to match when the brewing should start. - There is an adjustable keep warm mode. This is adjusted by pressing the KEEP WARM button. The default is 2:00 hours. This can be set between 0 minutes and 4 hours. - The display will show the TIME SINCE BREW after the coffee has finished brewing. I like this feature as it lets you know how long the coffee has been sitting in the carafe. - The indicator beep sound can be adjusted on or off. You hold the program and minute button at the same time to adjust this setting. I personally do not need the beeping turned on. In conclusion, I found the coffee to be well prepared using the Bella Pro Series touchscreen coffee maker. I really like the inclusion of the permanent coffee filter as I did not need to buy one. Adjusting the amount of time to keep the coffee warm is a new feature. The touchscreen works but was not always responsive to the touch. For this reason I cannot provide 5 stars and rank it at 4 stars. I do recommend it as it does make good coffee.

I bought this coffee maker but immediately ordered a return and replacement because the "Keep Warm" option was not working. I received my replacement today and I was completely shocked and disappointed. The actual box of the coffee maker was severely damaged and it had about 3 different addresses from previous returns and my address being the fourth person this coffee maker has been passed down to. I took out the coffee maker to test it and it just immediately smelled rancid. The first coffee maker that was sent to me was brand new and odourless compared to this replacement that had obviously been heavily used. I plugged it in and tried it but it still did not let me keep my coffee warm. The options screen was loose and out of its placement too.

The coffee pot works well and has some nice features. However, the handle broke after using it for 7 months. So far, the manufacturer hasn’t honored their “2 year” warranty (I’ve followed all of their provided processes).

I bought this product to replace my old coffeemaker. I did a lot of research & settled on this one because it was digital. My only qualm about it is that you have to program it. I would have preferred one that one that you turn in and manually brew coffee. I still am satisfied with it though.

Worked great for 5 months until the heating element stopped working and it brewed no more. I do not recommend buying this product
