“How do you clean the tray insert. Everything I cook sticks like glue. I can get the product out, but when go to clean it, scrub so much my fingers hurt. Great fryer other than that.”

You may have scrubbed off the non-stick finish. Try using parchment paper or silicon liners (Amazon). Easier clean up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't use oil on food in air fryer. Before air fryer I didn't use oil on food in baking. I think no oil makes easy cleaning but some would think tasteless. Seasonings are added after cooking.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is an ongoing issue for me too, but I have started spraying it with nonstick spray and/or using parchment paper air fryer inserts. To clean the grill part, I have started sprinkling baking soda on it, and spraying it with either hydrogen peroxide or white vinegar to help break up the stuck on mess. I also have soaked it in Dawn and hot water. I ended up buying a sponge with the rough side on it, and clean it with that. Yeah, it’s not easy to clean at all. You think you have it clean and then when it dries you see more grime on it.
