- Answer The manufacturers warranty is a limited 2 year warranty. (2 years for mechanical defects in material and workmanship. 90 days for non-mechanical parts.) Please see picture for more information.

QuestionI just purchased this and the shade control is 1-7, yet when I put it on 7 the digital timer starts to countdown from 4:30. Is this normal or did I receive a defective toaster. Please let me know. I just received it yesterday 3/15/2022

- Answer Yes, it comes with bottom tray. Just need to remove the tray and clean the crumbs. easy to maintan.

- Answer It’s cool touch on the panel where the controls are at. On top it will be hot from the heat so I’d avoid placing fingers there
