I've had mine for a couple of months. It has a shortage or something going on. I have to keep wiggling the basket for about five to 10 minutes to get it to come on. I know eventually it's going to stop coming on altogether. I don't have a receipt because it was a gift. I reached out to customer service, explained to them that I didn't have a receipt. They ensured me that it was ok and for me to just take a picture of the label on the bottom. I also was asked to send in a short video of the problem. I waited about 3 weeks, with no update. Finally I call back and they tell me that unfortunately there's nothing they can do without a receipt. So now I'm stuck with an air fryer that I only got to use for a couple of months. If you do purchase one, make sure to hold on to your receipt. The next one that I purchase will definitely be a different brand. I don't think that I could ever trust another one of their products.

I called back 3 weeks ago (2 months after them telling me they will send me out a replacement) and they told me they wont send me out a replacement and will send me a check for half of what I paid.

Please try again later.The unit has a two year manufacturers warranty, I had to return my first unit because it was missing one of the bottom rubber pad's that prevent the unit from slipping of the surface it's on. It's pretty easy to keep clean, it basically just has a metal grill that slips in & out off the fryer basket. It pays to have a set of tongs to grasp the hot food in the basket, except for the basket not locking into place properly it seems to be pretty sturdy.
