Q: QuestionIs the inner shell inside plastic or stainless steel? If the plastic will produce harmful substances at high temperatures, it is harmful to health?

Q: QuestionWhat kind of warranty does this have? Have there been any returns, dissatisfied customers on this fryer? How easy it it to maintain ? What accessories does this fryer have ? Do you have to buy anything to go with this fryer to use it? It the sturdy?

• A:Answer I've had mine for a couple of months. It has a shortage or something going on. I have to keep wiggling the basket for about five to 10 minutes to get it to come on. I know eventually it's going to stop coming on altogether. I don't have a receipt because it was a gift. I reached out to customer service, explained to them that I didn't have a receipt. They ensured me that it was ok and for me to just take a picture of the label on the bottom. I also was asked to send in a short video of the problem. I waited about 3 weeks, with no update. Finally I call back and they tell me that unfortunately there's nothing they can do without a receipt. So now I'm stuck with an air fryer that I only got to use for a couple of months. If you do purchase one, make sure to hold on to your receipt. The next one that I purchase will definitely be a different brand. I don't think that I could ever trust another one of their products.

• A:Answer I had the same problem. had to call the number on the paper work several times to get through. put the air fryer in your car and take it back to best buy today. YOU ONLY HAVE 15 DAYS TO RETURN IT TO THE STORE!
