I had the same problem. had to call the number on the paper work several times to get through. put the air fryer in your car and take it back to best buy today. YOU ONLY HAVE 15 DAYS TO RETURN IT TO THE STORE!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.After 3 calls to Bells I got no help. They said I would receive an email of what to do. Well I got no response. I went to Best Buy and told them I tried I resolve this the way I was suppose to with no results. Best Buy exchanged it for a new one. Thank you Best Buy
